We are a Freediving school based in Tulum that specializes in cenote and ocean excursions. We believe that Freediving and mindfulness go hand in hand. By learning how to relax, and becoming more aware of the present moment we can enhance our freediving skills as well as learn how to handle situations in everyday life better.
